Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the email receipt/ invoice. All clearance items purchased with Relax into the Chaos®️ are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please save the invoice you received with your package. It is your receipt in case you need to return your item(s). Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns. You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Relax into the Chaos®️ is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Q: Can an item be returned if washed or worn?
A: Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Relax into the Chaos does not currently have an exchange policy.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: To return an item, contact us, preferably at our email address info@ritctornado.com or call at (203) 903-2200.  *Contacting us by phone is not toll free and may incur charges. Contacting us by phone may require leaving a message and will require you to leave an email address for future contact.

Q: If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?
A: We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 1 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
